I mix live sound and have developed tools which are being shared with the community.

Next steps...allow one cue file to be used with mixed osc command targets of reaper, wing, x32c instances.

In GITHUB there is now a new release that is for 2 WING racks...includes new Mixing Station configs for WING Racks and flow charts, samples, and a SOLO tool mixing station config.

I have changed my setup to use 2 Behringer Wing Racks coupled together to operate as an integrated 80 channel mixer including routing Left/Right Vocal and Left/Right Instrument channels out to and back from external hardware. In the process I use 4 inputs and 4 outputs and tie up 2 stereo channels and Main 1,2,3,4 ... but that could be bypassed if desired to get those portions of the environment back. In my case, I also integrate some inputs and all the outputs also to an AES50-connected X32 since the space I worked in on this project already has an X32 connected to amps, etc. so in this way I do not need to rewire to integrate in the system. Once fully used in a live setting later this week I will work on documenting it more completely and sharing the settings.

As of v20260114a I have provided configs and templates for a 70+ Channel live mixer using 1 X32 and 1 WING and 2 touch monitors with Mixing Station Configs and a VB VB-Audio Software Matrix Coconut interface config to REAPER for up to 128 tracks of recording and playback (allow leverage of a 2nd X32) with CUE control for X32 and WING (and REAPER) in an integrated manner. If I had 2 WINGS I could do better...but for the price, a very nice and capable setup. I have used it for a 50+ Channel Christmas setup and for a smaller concert setup and it is working great. See WorkWebs.com ... also now stored at GitHub so you can have it longer term if WorkWebs goes away for some reason.

Wow, removed BlueCat Connector and added VB-Audio's Matrix Coconut (VB-Audio Software) to get a 96x96 ASIO virtual device that combines the KT-USB and WING-USB ASIO drivers together to a virtual ASIO driver that is 128/128 (of which I use only 96/96). Works great even with pretty low latency (64 samples). Easy to set up, very nice routing matrix, additional capabilities, and great integration to REAPER for recording and virtual sound checks...and probably even live mixing with just a little latency...

Latest project...a 72 channel mixer leveraging 1 x32 rack and 1 WING rack and AES routing between them to get a cohesive system with 7 monitor buses, main LR, main mono, and a sub output. The 72 tracks are recorded and ready for virtual sound check or later mixing in REAPER (one instance) fed through BlueCat Connector and made possible by 2 instances of GigPerformer (one using the KT9630 driver to the X32 and one using the USB driver from the WING). The record/p[layback is too slow for live mixing in REAPER, but works great for offline playback and adjustments. I'll try to get this all documented soon.
