Step 1: Get Pre-Approved & Define Your Search
Meet with a trusted lender to get pre-approved so you know your budget. Then we’ll go over your criteria—location, price range, must-haves, and wish list. Once that’s set, we’ll start touring homes!

Step 2: Start the Home Search
I’ll send you homes that match your criteria and schedule showings. We’ll tour properties together until we find “the one.”

Step 3: Make an Offer
When you find the right home, I’ll help you submit a strong, competitive offer and negotiate the best terms possible.

Step 4: Inspections & Due Diligence
Once under contract, we’ll schedule inspections to make sure everything checks out.

Step 5: Appraisal & Loan Approval
Your lender will order an appraisal and finalize your loan. This step ensures the home’s value matches your purchase price.

Step 6: Final Walkthrough
Before closing, we’ll do a final walkthrough to make sure the home is in the agreed-upon condition.

Step 7: Closing Day 🎉
Sign the paperwork, get the keys, and celebrate—you’re officially a homeowner!
