Today, all of us at GalaxyCon are heartbroken to hear of the passing of Margaret Kerry, a true Disney Legend whose warmth, joy, and light inspired generations of fans.

Margaret will forever be remembered for her incredible legacy as the original live-action reference model for Tinker Bell, helping to bring one of Disney’s most beloved characters to life. But to the fans and communities who had the chance to meet her, Margaret was so much more than a part of animation history.

Margaret leaves behind a legacy filled with light, joy, and wonder. She will be deeply missed by generations of fans, friends, and all who cherished her work.

Our hearts are with her family, friends, fans, and everyone who believed in the magic she helped create. Her light will shine on forever.
