Company values should be written as verbs, ours are. Truly changing “Company Culture”
You can write values down, put them on walls, and include them in onboarding, but they only matter when they are written as verbs.
Words like integrity, innovation, and honesty are important, but on their own they are abstract. Most companies list words like integrity, innovation, and honesty, then wonder why nothing changes. The issue is not intent, it is usability. You cannot “do” integrity. You cannot “produce” innovation on command. And you definitely cannot ask someone for “a little more honesty today” without sounding ridiculous.
Behavior is translating those ideas into actions. Integrity becomes “doing the right thing”, even when it is inconvenient. Innovation becomes “finding a new way to solve the problem in front of you”. Honesty becomes “telling the truth” clearly and directly.
Those definitions matter because they describe behaviors. Behaviors can be seen, coached, reinforced, and rewarded. When people understand what a value looks like in practice, they do not have to guess how to live it day to day.
This is how our culture at 360Views was built. When values are expressed as actions, leaders can recognize them, organizations can incentivize them, and teams can align around them. The people who consistently demonstrate those behaviors naturally become the standard setters, and over time, the strongest examples of new leadership.
Stronger engagement, better decision making, more trust, and yes, more innovation happen when behaviors are recognized. Not because those outcomes were demanded, but because clear, behavior driven values create the conditions for them to emerge.
Culture is not just what you say matters. It is what people understand, practice, and reinforce every day. When values are written as verbs, culture becomes something you can actually build and if your company “values” cannot be acted on, they are not values. They are decoration.
We are looking for a hands-on Azure AI Engineer to join our team.
Build the Future of Enterprise AI with 360Views
About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Azure AI Engineer to join our team and lead the technical implementation of our AI initiatives. You will be the bridge between our data and our AI models, using Microsoft Fabric to manage the data foundation and Azure AI Studio to build, test, and deploy intelligent applications.
This is a builder’s role. We don't just need strategy; we need someone who can configure the environment, write the code, and wire up the solution.
What You’ll Do:
• Build AI Solutions: Design and deploy custom copilots, generative AI agents, and chat applications using Azure AI Studio.
• Connect the Data: Leverage a foundational knowledge of Microsoft Fabric to connect OneLake data sources to AI models (creating the "RAG" pattern—Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Orchestration: Use Azure Prompt Flow to design, test, and iterate on interaction flows and prompt engineering.
• Integration: Ensure AI models are securely integrated into our internal applications or workflows (e.g., Teams, Custom Web Apps).
• Optimization: Monitor model performance and costs, ensuring our AI solutions remain efficient and scalable.
What We Need (Must-Haves):
• Azure AI Studio: Proven experience deploying models (GPT-4, Llama, etc.) and managing the AI lifecycle within Azure.
• Microsoft Fabric Basics: Ability to navigate Fabric, understand OneLake, and perform basic data engineering tasks to make data AI-ready.
• Prompt Engineering: Experience refining prompts to get consistent, high-quality outputs from LLMs.
• Coding Skills: Proficiency in Python or C # for custom API integrations and scripting.
• Azure Search: Understanding of Vector Search and how to index data for AI retrieval.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service.
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
360Views is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider all applications from suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, s*x, disability, religion/belief, s*xual orientation, or age. All employment decisions are decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need.
Today I wrapped up the Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate certification, and this one feels especially meaningful. It pushed me deeper into model training, vector search, enterprise design patterns, and the practical side of responsible AI. The work was challenging in the right way and lined up directly with the kind of conversations I have with CIOs, CTOs, and security teams every week.
AI is moving fast and the expectations for real governance, smart architecture, and measurable outcomes are getting higher. This certification was a solid step forward, and it sharpens the tools I use every day as we help organizations move from experimentation to enterprise adoption.
On to the next milestone.
