Black Churches Transform Food Aid Into Food Justice Churches long known for feeding the hungry are now challenging the systems, like food deserts, driving Black food insecurity.

Please join us on Friday and Saturday to remember our beloved Deacon Barbi.

For Friday, we will gather in the South Parish Hall (home of the Trinity Food Ministry); doors will open at 5pm with prayers led by Fr. Paul at 6pm.

Also, on Friday, you are invited to bring a single flower to help decorate Barbi's memorial table.

For Saturday's events at Christ Church Cathedral (downtown), please consider arriving early as we expect the cathedral to be full.

May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed through the tender mercy of God rest in peace, and may light perpetual shine upon them.
