On this new moon in Ta**us (a sign of embodiment and strong rooted earthbound energy) see how you can arrive fully present and be open to awe. This is a practice of not wanting or seeking, but trusting and being open to what the more than human world shares.
Stepping outside with the agenda - “I am going in search of wonder” does not work. Wonder and awe are states of being that arises when we release expectation and open our hearts to what is. We can experience it by gazing at the clouds, stumbling upon a fawn tucked under a bush in the forest, the light glinting through the trees, the breeze blowing through a horses mane. We must release the need to control what comes forward and instead allow wonder and awe to reveal itself, and speak to our souls in the language our spirits truly know. Horses are wonderful guides for those that are disconnected from the ability to show up open to what is, rather than the projected narrative of what we want or the performative space that is rewarded in todays society-especially via social media. As humans we find ourselves in spaces and places that want so desperately for us to connect, but we end up seeking and looking for an instagram worthy photo or video instead of arriving in the now and allowing wonder to flow in. I feel extremely lucky because I have stayed connected to that childlike sense of awe. I still find my breath being taken away by the sight of the moon, the way the light dances on a stream and have tears on my cheeks somedays watching my horses graze in their field, the sunlight and clouds floating above. The horses are constantly in this state on being-ness which is why co-facilitating with them is such a gift. They are who they are regardless of the expectations we arrive with. They do not care if we show up wanting answers or healing - for although they provide much of both, they are not interested in being a teacher or a healer. Horses simply hold the space and wait for us to come back to ourselves. They ask us: Can you be? They are gracious and generous in all that they share and in all the ways the spark wonder. The space of Liminal Acres beckons us all to step through, shed our human narrative and ego and return a space of deep connectivity and open to what you are meant to receive, not necessarily what you are seeking.
For those that are interested in reconnecting to what is, and begin a devotional practice with the more than human world that centers wonder and awe, I would love to invite you to partake in a distance session held with the herd.

Below are all the details for our Pasture as Altar container, and I would absolutely love to connect if you have additional questions or would love to participate.

Ritual Equus Session

In my worldview, an altar is not a stagnant place where objects are set to rest. It is a living and breathing threshold where information and energy flow in constant motion. It is less a noun and more a verb. It is a space of action, orientation, and liminality.

I see the pasture itself as this altar. It is a container that holds the elementals and the directions, anchored by the land and tended by the herd. The horses are the guardians of this field. They are the ones who hold the frequency of the space, witnessing what is brought to the altar and what is released from it.

The Ancestral Thread
This work carries the echoes of hippomancy, an ancient practice where the movements and behaviors of Divine Herds were understood as a sacred language. While I do not treat my horses as objects of specific divination, I recognize them as sentient beings who exist in that same ancestral lineage of the sacred intermediary. They are truth tellers whose voice and choice I honor. Their movements within the pasture are a part of the living architecture of the altar and a response to the energetics of the moment.

Cultivating Your Own Knowing
It is important to understand that the horses are not here to tell you your future or provide easy answers. Instead, they offer a clear and unfiltered resonance that allows you to hear your own inner wisdom. By witnessing the truth of the herd, you are invited to reconnect with your own capacity for discernment. The horses act as a portal, but you are the one who chooses to step through. This work is about building your spiritual sovereignty and learning to trust the brilliance that already resides within you.

The Offering
This container supports your return to your intuitive wisdom. We utilize the natural rhythms of the land and the presence of the horses to anchor your work through the following-

Intentional Placement: We identify the specific question or weight you are carrying and “place” it within the pasture to be held and witnessed by the land.
The Living Record: You will receive photos of the horses and the landscape so you can observe certain moments, and if you feel called - print them and place the images upon your altar at home. They provide a way to return to this living altar again and again.
Reflective Interpretation: I provide a typed expression that bridges what was seen in the pasture with your inquiry, acting as a guide to help you uncover your own insights.Your astrological sign and your elemental energy with be woven into your reading allowing for further depth and personalization.
Grounded Divination: An oracle card reading is included to provide a tangible symbol that mirrors the energetic landscape, helping you anchor your personal knowing. Stones, flower essences or other ritual suggestions that come forward during the session will also be suggested.
With all offerings, please remember - take what you wish and leave the rest.

Approaching Gemini season - my season - I have been considering the space between limited and limitless a lot. This whole year really, but especially as I near my 45th birthday. This phrase “between limited and limitless lies liminality” is foundational to my practices as I happily reside comfortably in the liminal, ephemeral, imagional realms. But this year however I am heavy on moving towards the limitless. Of course I will forever maintain a tether to my place of comfort in the liminal as well as to the space of the limited, understanding that it too is not stagnant, but can be a place of much needed structure and being with what is. So, here is to fully committing to Ritual Equus and Liminal Acres, and heres to expansive unknowing and deepening into, expanding, contracting, unfurling, spiraling inward, but always flowing and remembering that although water might appear still on the surface- there is still movement down in the depths.

Link to book distance and in-person sessions in the comments. June is the first month of in-person offerings, so please have a look!
