Six mile run in on New Year's Day to start the year would not have been possible without the aid of physical therapist Ann Crowe! She really focused on my goal of getting back to running after a 2 year struggle with an Achilles injury and PRP treatment. Ann worked on my form, worked on muscle development, worked to get to correct my idiosyncrasies in my posture, and was a pleasure to work with throughout.
