What is proposition B?
Zero tax increase bond.

Proposition B is a bond renewal that will allow us to maintain our equipment and vehicles at no additional cost to you. 

Prop. B will fund the responsible purchase and maintenance of firefighter protective equipment.

Prop. B will enable us to replace our aging fleet of response vehicles- some of which are well passed the safety standard for firefighting.

Prop. B will ensure that we are ready when you need us most by keeping our trucks in service instead of down for repairs.

Prop. B will provide us with the life-saving medical equipment we need to protect our community.

Prop. B will keep our facilities in good condition. 

Your Spanish Lake Fire Protection District firefighters are asking you to vote in the upcoming April 7th election. Proposition B is a no tax increase bond that would further furnish your firefighters with the gear and apparatus to better serve the community for years to come.
Proposition F is a 1% sales tax that would help to fund your fire district as we see tax cuts incoming, threatening the current funding standards that provide for your community resource.
Your firefighters will continue to serve you 24/7, 365 days of the year and we would greatly appreciate your support at the ballot on April 7th.”
