This monthly group is a compassionate and supportive space for older adults to navigate the grief journey by sharing experiences, finding comfort, and building connections with others. Are you caring for a loved one? Caregiving can be a joyful and rewarding experience. It can also be stressful, frustrating, and overwhelming. This caregiver support group, led by Joan M. Hirst, MA, of JFS St. Louis, gives participants a safe space to share personal experiences, access resources, and learn strategies to promote health, strength, and resilience.
