The moment I realized I am ACTUALLY in charge of creating a life with meaning and purpose was the moment I stopped playing small. The moment I learned I could set goals and see them manifest into reality was the moment I began to change my life.

And then, I forgot my power. It’s okay though because it is and always has resided within me. As says, “a rose, is a rose, is a rose.” If it was true before it can be true again.

Dedicate 75 minutes to be in nature, focusing on yourself and the community supporting you.

Sessions of Sisterhood l is a safe and support space for Black women to come together to seek healing. It is an evening of sisterhood, movement, reflections and sharing.
