Open Enrollment for Medicare ends tomorrow (7th) night. However if you find there is a problem with your new choice there is an Open Enrollment option coming up from January 1 through February 15th. You can change your Advantage plan during that time. Just let me know.

If you have a Medicare Supplement plan you do not have to do anything during open enrollment unless you want to change your plan to an Advantage Plan, that does have to be done during open enrollment. However, you should check your prescription drug plan, it is governed by open enrollment and you can only make changes to your prescription drug plan from October 15th to December 7th.

Deductibles for your prescription drug plan has gone up, some to $405 and most plans have a deductible, at least on Tiers 3, 4 and 5. There are some plans with no deductible, you might want to check one out. BUT be sure to check to see if your drugs are on the plan Formulary and what tier they are on.
