For Scouts to land in the Top 20 within our first six months fills us with so much gratitude (and a lot of motivation). Our FOH & BOH staff are incredible — they’re the ones who truly bring that space to life every single night.

And our baby — The Biscuit Joint. Three years in a row on this list. The heart of everything we’re building. We’re blown away by the continued growth and support, especially as we approach three years of being open. Our small but MIGHTY crew gets after it week in and week out, allowing us to open another space without losing momentum.
