FLOAT STL
FLOAT STL is the original float center in the St. Louis area since 2015, and is industry recognized as progressive thought-leaders and innovators.
We live in a world that rarely slows down.
We’re encouraged to do more.
Work more.
Train more.
Produce more.
Stay connected.
Keep going.
But somewhere along the way, many of us forgot that we were never designed to live at full speed all the time.
The Reset is a different way of thinking.
A reminder that recovery isn’t something you have to earn.
It’s something you need.
Whether you’re training for your next competition, leading a business, caring for your family, or simply trying to keep up with the pace of everyday life, making time to pause isn’t falling behind.
It’s preparing yourself to move forward.
This campaign is an invitation.
To slow down.
To reconnect.
To recover.
To return to your life with greater energy, clarity, and presence.
We’re here whenever you’re ready.
FLOAT STL
Reset with intention.
Before FLOAT STL, this city didn’t have a real home for recovery.
Sure, there were gyms. Spas. The occasional sauna tucked into a wellness studio. But nothing built from the ground up around the science of how the body and mind actually reset. Nothing that took recovery as seriously as St. Louis takes its work, its sports, its grind.
So I built it.
FLOAT STL was the first in St. Louis to bring saltwater float therapy to the city, 1,000+ pounds of Epsom salt suspended in skin-temperature water, designed to drop the nervous system into a state most people haven’t felt since they were children. Zero gravity. Zero input. Zero noise. Just the body finally getting a chance to listen to itself.
And I didn’t stop there.
FLOAT STL was also the first in the region to introduce the Ammortal Chamber, a recovery experience that stacks red light therapy, PEMF, oxygen, and guided meditation into a single twenty-minute session. Four modalities, working together, doing in one session what most people try to chase across an entire week.
Two modalities. Both first to St. Louis. Both built on the same belief, that recovery isn’t a luxury, it’s a discipline. And the people of this city deserve a space that treats it that way.
FLOAT STL isn’t a spa. It’s not a gym add-on. It’s a recovery wellness center, built for the athlete pushing limits, the professional running on fumes, the parent who hasn’t had a quiet moment in years, the person who’s tried everything and still can’t quiet their mind.
St. Louis showed up. So did FLOAT STL.
