15 straight years stepping onto that course… and somehow it still feels just as magical as the first time.
The training, the nerves, the failures, the comebacks—it all adds up over the years. But being back out there reminded me how much I still love the challenge.
Honestly… I’m feeling motivated for a big comeback. Maybe like the good old days 😏🔥

Niko, our bottle calf twin, has been doing great with his new mom and family 🐄🤠
While I was out fixing fence today, he wandered over to say hello like he hadn’t forgotten us 😅
Always good seeing one of these little guys settle in and thrive.
15 years on Ninja Warrior and I’m still honored every time I get the chance to step onto that course 🤠🥷💪
Trying to stay fit enough to compete year after year definitely adds up, but this journey has taught me so much about myself—how to handle failure, push through obstacles, and keep moving forward both on and off the course.
I’m not sure how many more runs I have left in me, but I’m learning to appreciate every moment and every opportunity along the way.
Grateful for the journey, the people, and the lessons.

Monday night June 8 at 9pm ET/PT on NBC ! I’m back on Ninja Warrior for my 15th straight season 🤠🥷💪
Crazy to think this journey started all those years ago, and I still get the opportunity to step back out on that course.
The ranch has definitely added a few extra miles to the body over the years 😅 but let’s see if I’ve still got anything left in the tank.
