Predictable routines help even our littlest learners. They begin to understand safety, especially during transitions. Consistent routines such as lining up allow our teachers to perform accountability checks, ensuring our children are consistently supervised, counted, and safely guided during every transition.

While Teacher Appreciation Week has come to an end, we at LeafSpring Matthews just want to say thank you to our AMAZING educators who show up each and every day to love, nurture, support, and encourage our future leaders of tomorrow.
