Eric’s journey began with us at a recent networking event we attended where he was working the door of a restaurant. Eric hit it off with our owner, , where he shared he was majoring in insurance. Austin liked his story and decided to give him a shot as a summer intern. Almost immediately, Eric showed his value and proved his worth. Austin was happy with this, as it reminded him of his journey into the insurance industry. Austin made a deal with Eric… if he could pass his insurance exam on the first try, he would become Austin’s full time assistant and get to learn the business from the ground up.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in personal lines insurance, including auto and home insurance. We are looking for someone who is licensed and has prior experience working with our operating system, ezlynx.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid personal lines insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including auto and home
- Strong knowledge of ezlynx or similar operating system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
