Earlier this week, Mariah and Devon spent the afternoon at the J.M. Wright High School Job Fair meeting bright, motivated students and discussing careers in IT and technology.

Events like these are a great opportunity to introduce students to the wide range of career paths across tech—from cybersecurity and software development to infrastructure, AI, and emerging technologies.

Providing early exposure to the industry helps students better understand the skills, opportunities, and possibilities available to them in today’s evolving tech landscape.

It was great to see so much curiosity, enthusiasm, and interest in the future of technology from the next generation of talent.

Excited to be part of FIELDdae this Thursday, a quarterly gathering focused on connecting emerging tech talent with organizations and professionals across the industry.

We’re looking forward to meeting students, hearing their perspectives, and seeing firsthand the innovative work they’re building in cybersecurity and backend development.
