I must be intentional about what I'm putting in my mind and body to transform *for the better*. Growth, like a tree or plant, occurs when conditions are right. Otherwise they go into survival mode.

If I'm not intentional about: what I listen to, who is in my close circle, what I think about, and how I make daily decisions, then I won't have the proper soil conditions to transform... I'll just be changing with the current and surviving along with everything else.

Transform your life for the better, not just for you but so that others might see Who is working in you.
