We're proud that Centre Foundation is home to The Knight Foundation Fund https://centrefoundation.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/create/fund?funit_id=1027, which is helping bring this incredible collaboration between the Palmer Museum of Art and Downtown State College to life.

We believe the arts are one of the strongest indicators of a healthy, vibrant community. Public art invites us to slow down, connect with one another, and experience our community in new ways.

We're simply obsessed with this collaboration! Make an afternoon of it: stroll through downtown to discover the murals, then visit the Palmer Museum of Art to see the original works that inspired them. It's a wonderful way to experience creativity woven throughout our community.

Join the celebration at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, at East End Social as Downtown State College officially launches Looking at US: Celebrating America's 250th, a new public art experience created in partnership with the Palmer Museum of Art.

Explore the art walk and mural map, and find the original artwork at the Palmer Museum here: https://downtownstatecollege.com/art-walk/looking-at-us-a250/ - There are twelve amazing mural art sitings in total!

As Centre Foundation celebrates 45 years of inspiring possibilities across Centre County, we pause to honor the extraordinary individuals whose generosity continues to shape our community long after their lifetimes.

This Legacy Donor Memorial Tribute recognizes members of the Campbell Society who included Centre Foundation in their estate plans and have since passed away. Through their foresight, compassion, and commitment to community, they created lasting legacies that continue to support local nonprofits, strengthen families, expand opportunities, and improve lives throughout Centre County.

Legacy donors have played a vital role in helping Centre Foundation respond to community needs, support meaningful causes, and invest in the future of our region. Their gifts have helped ensure that future generations benefit from the same spirit of generosity and care that has defined Centre County for decades.

As we remember and celebrate these remarkable individuals, we are reminded that a legacy is not simply what we leave behind; it is what continues because we were here.

Thank you to the Campbell Society members whose generosity continues to inspire a community of possibilities.
