Just because it's not Halloween yet, doesn't mean you can't feel stressed. This , take the time to take care of you - particularly if you are a caregiver or have a family member with a substance use disorder. You can't draw from an empty well. 🎃 👻

With Halloween's increases in popularity, people can feel just as stressed in October as they can in December. Kids' costumes, decorating, preparing treats, and other activities can take up time typically reserved for other activities. Take the time to take a deep breath and take care of your mental health. 👻
