Someone initially took a short cut and ran the plumbing and waste line in FRONT of the old wall. On Top of that the basement was never studded correctly and was only a stud every 28”-30.”

We used self leveling concrete on the floor to ensure we had a smooth and level surface to start with and then correctly studded the wall, unfortunately we didn’t take pictures of the framing before finishing it with sheet rock. A little bit goes a long way to ensure the cabinets sit nice and flush and transform this into a proper functional space. Final pics to come! Stay tuned!
