Fixed the beam some contractor did wrong. No way removing the wrong sized steel I beam but we got it right with glulam beam. the home is now leveled and no more structural issue. Soffited and plywood. Moved a door center of and opening and rough framed in closet (not finished) but solid day. 💪🙌 work hard play hard. Shot and beer needed after that 5 hour structural issue, fixing a tragic situattion. But steel i beam doesnt need support now. Who would if thought wood is stronger then steel. Proper sizing matters. 4 additional hours of work added to day to get electrician ready for rough-in.
