For Dress rentals email: [email protected] or call 912-531-5426. To book your pageant dress you must at least pay half of the rental fee down to save your dress and date needed. Deposits our nonrefundable..... Once dresses ship out to post office or UPS tracking will be sent to you via Email or Facebook. Bad as i would love to be able to control Shipping it is out of my control. All we can do is ship your dress and give you tracking for you to keep track of where it is. We can not help weather, delay or lost dresses not making it on time. There will be no refund or store credit for any reason. If for some reason after dress has shipped your pageant is canceled. We must have written proof from pageant director of pageant being canceled. Once approved You will not get a CASH refund but a store credit to have on my books for a later date. Once we book you for a dress we turn all other down for your dress and date you booked. Once booked if only half of rental fee has been paid. Balance is then due one week before dress ships. If local rental you will pay balance when picking up dress. Before dress will ship out you must send back contract with your info and sign. No dress will ship if i do not get contract back.
