Uncertainty is opportunity. Having lived through 9/11 and the global pandemic, I have learned that even when everything shuts down, there are needs. We pause activity and routines, but we still have needs. If you are struggling in the latest "uncertain times," look for what is needed and even better, look ahead to what will be required. Your business can continue to thrive if you focus on opportunity instead of dread.

Marketing During a Pandemic: Are You Up to the Challenge? Five strategic opportunities for manufacturers
This year has been a master class in crisis management. None of us would have paid for this particular course, or even chosen to audit it but the university of life had a different view. However, the things that we don't ask for, the things that we would avoid at all costs, often hold the greatest lessons. What have you learned during this crisis? What will. you hold on to when this becomes a memory of that horrible year that seemed to never end?
Our team has been working hard these past few weeks helping clients to navigate the Covid-19 crisis. These times call for proactive plans and open communication with your teams, and customers. This is a time of crisis and strong leadership is needed. Be sensitive and do not diminish the very real risk to human lives. Do not be the tone deaf company that ignores this is happening. Do not be the company that tries to shove a sales message into the crisis. Be smart and trust your advisors.
In nearly two decades of doing business I have learned that the best results come when there is cooperative collaboration. Organizations that hire experts but do not want to participate in the process diminish the success you can have.
