Since centuries, trade and migration has allowed people to exchange ideas and culture and most importantly: food. It was the trade between medieval Egyptians and Greeks which allowed the birth of “crossover dishes” like Baklava, Hummus and Gyros to become a part of Greek landscape.

Replicating our ancestors, we decided to bring forth the flavors and spices of Middle East in Baltimore through our brand: Chik’N Rice. Not only does it aim to redefine American fast food by introducing nutritious, healthy and Middle Eastern spices to a wider audience but also to add to the diversity of the American melting pot through our native cuisine! So don't forget to chic out our egg-cellent cuisine.
