* 2 tbsp butter
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cup heavy cream
* ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
* 1 tbsp chopped parsley
* Salt & pepper to taste
**For the Mashed Potatoes:**
* 4 large potatoes, peeled & cubed
* ¼ cup butter
* ¼ cup milk (more as needed)
* Salt & pepper to taste
