"I don't even know where to start. This guy was just absolutely amazing! We had a 3,443 square foot house plus a detached garage, and him and his assistant spent 4 hours looking at everything! He found everything wrong, knew all of the codes, explained everything thoroughly, gave us advice on what to do, etc. He stayed with us for an hour after the inspection explaining things, walking us around the house, giving us next steps, and calming our fears. I highly highly recommend him. He was so thorough, so knowledgeable, so realistic and empathetic, etc. I am so unbelievably happy we found him and chose him to make sure our massive purchase was okay! Not only that, but I called him an hour later and he still answered. He said we can call him with questions anytime. This guy is the most amazing home inspector! I will always suggest him for any home buyers or sellers! Thank you Michael and Mauricio for not only thoroughly inspecting everything, but making sure we understood everything we were faced with!
