Where We Riding T?

I made my 776 mile ride yesterday to GYGO in good time and was able to join my Haok Hey sister Junie Rose for dinner and the catch up with some of my buddies from across the US who have ridden in for this event, including some of my AZzKicker buddies! GYGO2026 is a women only rider event including an attempt to break the world record for most women riders in one ride. That will happen on Saturday presented by Midwest Women Riders NFP

I fortunately read the weather maps correctly yesterday and changed my route to a northern one that took me thru sunshine the whole way...oops...nope! It poured on me for the last hour into the hotel. No big deal. The other route I'd chosen was riddled by hail and High winds most of the day, so I was thrilled to have made the switch.

The KLIM GT1 EXPEDITION Helmet fits great and he and I have decided we will get along swell. I need to readjust my earpieces that I installed a little bit forward as they are currently putting pressure on my ears. That I can fix. I just have to remember I have a modular helmet. I kept drinking without flipping it up. 😆 I have found its a bit tight to pull on and off...like a 2 year old struggling to pull her shirt off tight. But Im working on ways to do this that is less intense. I cant say enough about the vent in front that pulls air across my head and out the back. Really like it!

And as a bonus, I was able to watch the Power Tour driving West on I44 and Route 66 for an hour. It was stacked with some beautiful vehicles. Have a great tour!

Im getting ready now to head to the Hard Rock Casino to see and meet lady riders from everywhere. Several presenters today including myself at 11:30. Im hoping everyone still traveling in has a super great time on the road!
