❓Have you heard? As part of Stoughton's 300th Anniversary celebration, a Time Capsule has been installed at the new Community Center, located at the historic former train depot.

📅The capsule will be sealed during the Town Block Party on June 13—and it won't be opened until 2076!

⏳This is a unique opportunity to leave a message for future generations. The theme of the Time Capsule is "My Hope and Prayer for Stoughton in 2076." We invite you to write a letter sharing your vision for the town's future, your wishes for the community, and what you hope Stoughton will become over the next 50 years.

📝You may use the form below, use the printed copies at the library, or create your own letter on stationery of your choice. Letters can be dropped off at the Stoughton Public Library, or better yet, bring them with you to the Block Party and personally place them among the items that will tell Stoughton's story for the next half-century.

Imagine someone opening your letter in 2076. What hopes, dreams, and aspirations would you want to share with the future residents of Stoughton? We look forward to reading your submissions and preserving them for generations to come.

Stoughton Public Health Collaborative is partnering with SPL to offer an educational session on staying safe from ticks and mosquitoes and reducing the risk of illnesses they can carry.

Learn practical prevention strategies for outdoor activities, how to identify bites, and when to seek medical attention.
