Sadly, that facts are... Children in Foster Care on average some of them are moved from home to home up to 8 times in ONE year and miss their birthday.

Let's start giving them some SPARKLE & UNCONDITIONAL LOVE because ALL CHILDREN OF GOD MATTER their temporary situation in life.
