But when you spend hundreds of hours helping someone get stronger, move better, work through setbacks, celebrate milestones, and show up for themselves week after week, it’s hard not to care.

You learn who’s getting married, who’s moving, who’s becoming a grandmother, who’s navigating a tough season, and who’s finally feeling at home in their body again.

The sessions are about Pilates.

The relationships become about so much more – and that’s one of my favorite parts of this work. 🤍”
