WOW! The beautiful and kind comments, texts, and calls have been so overwhelming. We can’t even put into words the gratitude we feel for each and every one of you that have reached out. We are on the search and we have received all of the suggestions. We are looking into all of them. Chef Frank has executed such an amazing concept and deserves the very best for his extraordinary talent. We have some news to share with everyone. This news may be disappointing to the huge following we have quickly obtained in just 4 short months with Chef Frank’s amazing concept that our small town has thoroughly enjoyed but we want to assure you that there is nothing to be upset about as there is good news to follow the bad. The bad news is that Three Little Birds Cafe was told by the owner of the plaza that they are to discontinue serving our Scorpa concept in the evenings as they state that we are unable to operate in the evenings and only able to operate during the day because of the pizzeria in the same plaza. We are not a pizzeria or anything even remotely similar BUT we are in no way confrontational so we are packing up the dinner menus for now and getting in contact with our current weekend’s guests to let them know and the ones for the rest of March and April to make them aware. The good news is that the Scorpa concept with Chef Frank’s All Inclusive Dinner Concept will just pick up and move to another location very soon. We are now on the search for our location where we can be open 5 nights a week as our followers have requested instead of just operating 2 evenings a week. If anyone knows of a location immediately available for rent or sale, please let us know and we will look into all leads. Location is very important so we will be searching for a place that would best fit our concept that you have all grown to love. We will keep everyone posted on our new location and opening date. The grand opening will be amazing. Stay tuned and as always THANK YOU ALL for the support you have given to our family. We love you all and we will see you very soon! ❤️
