Prom night with my little Prince 🤍🕺

I remember taking that flight, feeling like this was my moment to step into my purpose and share my gifts with the world. During my connecting flight, I saw a young man with a guitar heading to LA, and something in my spirit just knew… you were going where I was going.

When we landed, we gathered our things and realized we were headed in the same direction. We hugged, and you could feel the excitement we both shared.

During this journey, I truly met a real-life angel.

You shared your story about your mother, and I was so deeply moved. Then came the auditions you were so nervous, singing the very song your mother loved. What were the odds? We were both in awe. You told me it would be hard to get through it… but you did.

Four chair turn.

I remember how powerful and unique we both were in that moment. We made history 24 four-chair turns that season and we were part of that. That alone is something I’ll always carry.

Our journey on The Voice ended after the battle rounds, but the flight home is something I’ll never forget. All we wanted was to get home, but we were delayed. You weren’t able to fly, and I knew I had to help you. You kept calling me an angel over and over again…

But truthfully, you were the angel.

Sitting there for hours, talking, sharing videos of your mother, laughing, connecting it was such a beautiful moment in time that I will forever cherish.

I will never forget you.
I am so blessed and honored to have met such a beautiful soul, and even more grateful that we got to share this journey from the very beginning.
