I FEEL GREAT 🖤

It’s coming up on about a year since the wheels went into motion on opening my little space inside Powerhouse.

Wow has it been a learning experience.
I am not one to stop learning 🤓

📍There is another space opening in the plaza soon. Their pop-up events are starting, promotional discounts rolling out, signs installed out front.

So many ask how I feel about that, the truth is:
“I FEEL GREAT”

Something I’ve learned professionally (across all my different trades) is that there is room for us all to coexist 🌎 We all offer something different, even if it seems the same.

The positive feedback and messages I’m getting like this…. It fills my cup 🥃 and doesn’t allow me to feel anything but great.

I am looking forward to learning new flows from the instructors there, if I can keep off that waitlist 😉

2024 was a year of new beginnings.

Opening Pilates LOA would not be possible without the support of my family. While I do provide client centered Pilates sessions. First, I am a mom to my 2 dancers and a wife of 20 years to my Captain... THEN, I am all the other things!

Time is thief and there is never enough, family time remains a priority to us in the new year. We are so grateful to everyone that took a chance on this new beginning with us and cannot wait to continue this journey with you.
