Tracey is a Licensed Aesthetician (est. 2001) and the founder of Skin Ritual Aesthetics by Tracey. With over two decades of experience, her career spans MedSpas, destination resort spas, and private country clubs. She also spent time working in the Virgin Islands, where she served as a makeup artist for weddings, photo shoots, and commercial work throughout St. Thomas and St. John, USVI.

Tracey later became an International Educator for one of the world’s leading professional skincare manufacturers, an experience that deeply shaped her commitment to education, integrity, and
long-term skin health.

Her approach blends advanced clinical skincare with an integrative, intuitive philosophy, honoring the skin’s natural rhythm while focusing on prevention, correction, and visible, sustainable results. She believes the most beautiful outcomes come from consistency, intention, and treatments that support the skin rather than override it.

At Skin Ritual Aesthetics, Tracey specializes in premature aging, photoaging, acne conditions, environmentally stressed and sun-exposed skin, and compromised or highly reactive skin types. Known for her intuitive protocol design, Tracey listens to the skin, adjusts in real time, and tailors each treatment to what the client needs in that moment, creating an experience that calms the nervous system while delivering meaningful results.

Education remains central to her work. Tracey empowers clients to understand their skin, the why behind each step, and how to build rituals that evolve over time. She believes skincare is most effective
when it becomes a ritual practiced with intention, not a quick fix.

Outside the treatment room, Tracey enjoys life with her husband, son, and their pets. She loves traveling with her family, spending time outdoors, and exploring the connection between nutrition, gut health, and skin health, an influence that continues to inform her integrative approach.
