This was a good post three years ago. LINQ from Activz has definitely proven to enhance my digestive system to be used as my second brain. An IQ test is a good way to tell if your brain function is getting better or worse with age. A healthy diet is important too! Junk food means garbage in and garbage out. Certain bacteria in the colon produce Butyric Acid as a byproduct. Continued research is determining how important it is for our overall health. My main source of Butyric Acid is LINQ. I take 1-2 capsules per day. LINQ also has 3 prebiotics which act as fertilizer for my gut bacteria. At an expense of $1 to $2 per day, that’s a bargain in my book. 😃
