These porch columns had extensive rot at the base from years of moisture exposure, compromising both their appearance and structural integrity. We removed the damaged columns and installed new ones, restoring the porch’s strength, safety, and curb appeal.

Many homeowners don’t realize that an uncaulked sink or slow leaks under kitchen sinks can cause major hidden damage over time. By the time staining or soft spots are visible, mold and moisture damage may already be spreading underneath and behind the cabinet base.

If the underside of your sink cabinet looks:

In this project, all damaged materials were removed, affected areas were cleaned and treated, and a brand new plywood cabinet interior was custom built and installed to restore the cabinet without requiring a full kitchen replacement.
