I wanted to drop a quick note to say thank you for taking the research burden on the milestone of one's life (ok in my husband's life...lol)! I appreciate your services more than you could know which makes my next statement more important.

Thank you for reminding me to love people. My work stress stems from a significantly short staff but also the effect on peoples work ethic that covid and the current state of everything has caused. A lot of staff with tenor have decided now is a good time to retire (changing their priorities to family first) and some of what remains are very young staff that just don't have the same work ethic as the more seasoned folks would. You sharing your story, your heart and mission reminded me that I need to try harder to love all and just simply look forward to my own retirement.

Have a great day Mr. Little and thank you so very much for what you did for me and the thousands of seniors that certainly need you more at their current stage of life. I hope I have you in our tool chest as we age too.....
