Since joining our Midwest Team in January of 2024, David has shown the aptitude and ability to handle his capital improvement programs while also assisting maintenance teams at multiple communities as needed. David's willingness to help others in any situation is what sets him apart. I appreciate his hard work and dedication these last 2+ years and grateful to have him on my team.

Celebrating another incredible year of Ithaca Give A Chance!

This year, we were proud to bring together over 20 amazing local charities, all dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. Through the support of everyone involved, we awarded a $5,000 grand prize, a $2,000 second-place prize, and a $1,000 third-place prize to help these organizations continue their meaningful work.

Thank you to all the charities and staff who made this event such a success. We’re grateful to continue growing this tradition of giving back year after year!
