If you experience a TRUE maintenance emergency while the office is closed, please call (803) 305-2552.

True maintenance emergencies include:
• Major water leaks
• No electricity (please contact BREC first to confirm there is not a power outage in the area)
• Fire (please call the Fire Department first by dialing 911)
