Make shopping easier by shrinking down what you are looking for! You know you are going to need certain types of items, but grocery stores may not have the best selection the day we go or maybe it's too expensive? By giving ourselves broader parameters we can be more selective in the grocery store and not be so limited to regular diet routines.
If I pick the food.....I PICK MY RESULTS!!!
