Pictures from gutting the inside to starting the rebuild of the interior. Three phase power, water and sewer, and natural gas were brought in during this time.

This was plan B when I purchased the property, I had employees and was looking to build a new shop at the time.......well fast forward a few years, no employees and plan B came to action. Alot of work has gone into this building/property with upgrades in the electric and utilities along with totally gutting the inside and remodeling. I have fully moved into the shop as of last week and enjoy my 3 minute commute to work everyday now. Thank you to all my friends and family that have helped me over the last 6 months as we tackled a lot of the work ourselves. There's more to do to keep dressing up the property and a little sweat equity is good for the soul. I will try and post pictures of the process of the remodeling for your viewing pleasure.
