You can order 50 pounds or more ,1/4 of a steer which is approximately 150 to 200 pounds, 1/2 steer or the whole steer of beef cuts (steaks, hamburger, roasts, stir fry). Exact weight determined at butcher's. Price determined by quantity ordered (and cuts preferred). Smaller orders under 50 pounds are from $4.75 per pound to $14.50 per pound depending on type of beef cuts. Orders that are 1/4 of beef is $3.50 per pound, 1/2 steer is $3.20 per pound {(plus 55 cents per pound to be added by butcher for wrapping and labeling of cuts)( butcher also has $65 slaughter charge per animal)} larger orders price less per pound depending on size of order. Write immediately of your interest. $200 put down upon acceptance of 1/4 to a whole steer order and balance due upon pick-up. Locally raised in Dane County by local farmer.
