It’s a busy day of zoom calls for students across the country 🗓 We’re so grateful for communities who have come together to support DfS in our mission to connect students to education, and for the educators who are so grateful for this work📝

🚨Good news alert! 🚨 Santa Clara Couty officials announced they'll be donating $7.1 million to provide 15,000 under-connected students in San Jose with laptops, tablets, and hotspots!

Back to school looks different this year, especially as families struggle to find devices that allow their children to participate in virtual schooling. 📓 This has created a supply and demand problem: Lenovo, HP, and Dell told school districts they're short almost 5 million laptops, which poses difficulty for low income families who rely on school laptop lending. 💻 If you have a laptop at home aren't using, we'll set it up to equip a student with a year of learning. 📚
