Surfside Shells & SUCH

Apparently, some of Surfside's resident-non-residents have taken the law into their own hands, and decided to repossess someone's vehicle (which wasn't even the "repo man's" vehicle to begin with! People really should not only mind their own business, but maybe show a little mercy and not kick a guy when life has already put him down.
Karma is not only just, but very cruel sometimes too.
