or authoritative directive. It signifies peace/tranquility.

I’ve been in the entrepreneurial arena for over 20 years now and have learned a lot about
building your own business and finding your own voice and lane. First biggest piece of
advice I received was to define very clear business purpose, guidelines, directions,
standards and boundaries. Another thing I learned early on and by the hard way is that
people will run your business for you if you don’t have clear purpose, guidelines, directions,
standards and boundaries.
I have full respect for other business owners and how they choose to run their business
based on their own purpose, guidelines, standards and boundaries. Dealing with so many
people between tanning clients and athletes from promoting 7 events, it’s vitally important
to maintain order otherwise you have chaos! Yes, there are rare occasions that you will
make an exception for someone but when you don’t have clear standards and boundaries
you find yourself trying to please everyone and before you know it, there’s chaos because
once you allow one person to do something, you open yourself up to having to do it for the
next person. I have respect for every client and athlete; so no one is more important than
another. I don’t pay attention to a team someone’s affiliated with or the coach someone’s
coached by.. there’s no respect of person in my businesses to avoid chaos and to maintain
order. I don’t and won’t apologize for my order & boundaries and appreciate those that
respect my business order & standards. I run my business with integrity and honor and will
never feel pressured to extend an exception that can affect another client or athlete
because every client & athlete matter to me and will always matter to me and how I run my
shows and tanning business. I WILL maintain the peace, tranquility, quality and order that I've so purposely developed for ME and mine!!

Today the start of a vision came to fruition! 🥹
Body Beautiful Bronzing was in two places on the same day. Two OCB events, two locations(NC & TX), One business!! I'm truly blessed to have such an amazing team of women willing to help make this happen. And honored that promoters trust me and my team to provided professional services for the athletes. I don't take these blessings for granted. 15 years ago I started alone.. I'd cry myself to sleep some nights in so much pain from the long days, not knowing if I could continue. Anxious about how I'd make this business work, how I'd make it grow & expand. Then I stopped worrying and just said YES God, I trust and believe your word about my vision. You don't know the tears I've cried or the obstacles I faced. But God.. My story continues..
Here we grow again!
