Our Story

Inspire OB/Gyn in Suwanee, Georgia, is a full-service obstetrics and gynecology office that cares for the unique needs of teens and women throughout all stages of life. The practice is led by experienced OB/GYNs Lindsay Killingsworth, MD, and Courtney Middleton, MD. Together with their team, Inspire OB/Gyn provides compassionate care to promote and protect reproductive health, including routine pelvic exams, chronic disease management, and gynecological surgeries.

Dr. Killingsworth and Dr. Middleton enjoy working collaboratively for the benefit of each patient. They value time spent listening to patient concerns and are empathetic when devising treatment plans to address each patient’s unique needs. The doctors stay up to date on the latest treatments for a variety of conditions, including endometriosis, fibroids, and heavy bleeding. They also offer a minimally invasive hysterectomy using advanced technology.

The Inspire OB/Gyn team is skilled in hormone therapy for the treatment of menopause symptoms. They offer BioTE® hormone pellet therapy and options for treating urinary incontinence. The team also provides comprehensive contraceptive counseling services and a variety of birth control options, including oral contraceptives and intrauterine devices (IUDs).

Dr. Middleton and Dr. Killingsworth also provide comprehensive obstetric care throughout pregnancy and delivery, and the office is well-equipped to manage high-risk pregnancies.
