Appraisal isn’t about only intuition—it’s about data.

Every valuation is built on real market indicators: inventory levels, absorption rates, sales volume, months of supply, days on market, and price behavior. These metrics tell the story of what buyers and sellers are actually doing—not what we think might happen.

When appraisers step back and analyze the market as a whole, clear patterns emerge. Consistent data leads to defensible conclusions, and defensible conclusions lead to stronger decisions for homeowners, agents, and lenders.
