George visited a customer in Mississippi last week, where he installed a newly designed pneumatic clamp assembly, updated wiring, and software on some of their older CTL23PA high-speed cut-to-length machines. He updated the wiring to accommodate future software updates, improving the user experience and overall machine safety. This type of customer support reflects one of our Core Values, "Constantly Improve."
