A new customer reached out for help with a Samsung warranty on a system installed by another contractor that would not assist with repairs.

We took care of the defective part from ordering and handling all warranty paperwork and made al necessary repairs

Had to disassemble the entire unit to make the repair, but the unit is now running perfectly

Completed a 4 zone Samsung Max Heat ductless mini split system for a customer in North Reading to heat and cooling the first floor and a Samsung Max Heat ducted heat pump to heat and cool the second floor, all controlled from anywhere with Samsung app

Also installed 3 nest thermostats to be able to control both sources of heat from one app

Complete with Samsung 12 year parts warranty, Mass Save rebate, federal tax credit
